Recently SWIS held its first Conference Day at Buckfast Abbey. We came together to hear about the growth of the business, share exciting news about our first Children’s home and introducing our Project based learning approach. Thanks to the unwavering support for our staff, we continue to increase the services we can provide to young people and their families in Devon and Cornwall.
After a delicious lunch, the team took part in Level 3 safeguarding training, supporting professional development and SWIS safeguarding processes.
We are looking forward to doing this again with our incredible team later in the year to offer further training opportunities.
