“SWIS have been fantastic at communicating with us. In particular, their reporting of safeguarding incidents and acknowledgement when students are sick or not at their home address. Very professional. Both students and their families have been very positive about the service they receive from SWIS. Reports about the students are sent to me and they are very detailed and clearly detail how they are addressing the targets set by school and what the next steps are. I have been impressed with SWIS particularly their communication. As a school we highly recommend SWIS and the work they do with some of our more challenging students.”
